The gym

How we train

GodSpeed is a strength and conditioning gym in Ponda, Goa. Training is coached: trainers are on the floor to guide you and correct your form, and that comes with every membership. It specialises in fat loss, strength training, body transformation, contest preparation and photoshoot preparation. Membership is ₹2,000 per month, ₹4,000 for 3 months or ₹7,000 for 6 months, with no registration fee. Personal training is ₹6,000 per month or ₹15,000 for 3 months, one to one with a personalised diet plan. Open Monday to Saturday, in two sessions: 5:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Closed on Sunday. The gym is at 92X3+XXV, Shantinagar Rd, opp. Kalpanan Icecream Parlour, Khadpabandh, Ponda 403401.
